*Tea & Tiaras Princess Party Parlor L.L.C, it's owner, staff and subcontractors are not liable for any injuries that may occur inside our building or outside near our venue. 

*Tea & Tiaras Princess Party Parlor L.L.C, it's owner, staff and subcontractors are not liable for any lost, stolen or damaged personal items inside or near our venue. It is your responsibility to safe guard your items. Please make sure that you remove valuables from your vehicle and that it is locked at all times. 

*Photos and/or video may be taken of your child during camp and shared on social media or our website. If you are against this, you must alert our staff ahead of time. 

*Masks are to be worn by adults and children ages 5 and up per state order.

* Children attending must be potty trained.

*Tea & Tiaras Princess Party Parlor L.L.C, it's owner, staff and subcontractors are not responsible for implementing first-aid or life saving procedures in the event of injury, choking, seizures, or any other medical emergency for individuals in or around our building. In the event of an emergency, we will contact emergency services. We will have a basic fist aid kit on site for small cuts. 

*Children must stay home if they are unwell.

*In the event of an emergency cancellation of a session by Tea & Tiaras, we will notify you in advance and offer a make-up day based on our availability. 

*Due to the high demand of our camps, refunds will not be given if you miss any days of your selected camp.

*Drop off is suggested. Children MUST be picked up on time. Being later than ten minutes past the scheduled pick up time will result in a fee. 

*Pick up person must be the same person who dropped the child off unless otherwise cleared with Tea & Tiaras LLC in advance. WE WILL NOT RELEASE CHILDREN TO PEOPLE WHO HAVE NOT BEEN DESIGNATED FOR PICK UP. This is for the child's safety.

*Tea & Tiaras Princess Party Parlor L.L.C, it's owner, staff and subcontractors are not liable for any allergic or adverse reactions to food or beverages served in our building or sent home with guests. You MUST inform us in advance of any allergies. WE ARE A PEANUT FREE FACILITY.

We will be following state guidance for covid precautions. As of now, this includes mask wearing for ages 5 and up, hand sanitizer available for both staff and children, regular cleaning and disinfecting of our building and supplies, increased ventilation (open windows), socially distanced drop off and pick up, temperature checks for staff, health screening questions daily for children, physical distancing as much as possible (distanced seating at tables while working on crafts and snacks) and personal sets of supplies for each child.
